Software Maintenance Service

The most popular form of service subscribed by users of Crosslight simulation software packages. At a very reasonable rate, it comes with unlimited technical support and limited version upgrade/patches. The maintenance service also gives users access to new features in beta versions of the software before their formal release.

Users with perpetual licenses are especially encouraged to use the maintenance service in order to keep the software constantly updated and avoid one-time upgrade charges in the future.

Private/Group Training and Tutorial

Crosslight software is powerful and user-friendly but due to the sophisticated physical models implemented in the simulation engines, training may be required to unleash its full potential. Hands-on training and tutorials on the use of the software are available. Each class will be custom-designed for your specific application and can even include some of your own design ideas.

Training sessions can be held at our various offices worldwide. On-site training can also be arranged. For reservation please email us at info@crosslight.com.

Note that public training sessions covering more basic materials are also offered at various scientific conferences throughout the year. Please check our website regularly for schedule information.

VIP Support Service

Provided to supplement users who already have the standard "Software Maintenance Service" and require special consideration or services beyond the scope of the normal maintenance service. Includes high priority technical support and customized modifications or adjustments of the software.

Confidential consultation on design issues may also be included within the VIP service.
