At a very reasonable rate, it comes with unlimited technical support and limited version upgrade/patches. Using this service avoids charges associated with one-time upgrade in the future. Private/Group Training and Tutorial Crosslight software is powerful and user-friendly. Due to sophisticated physical models implemented in the simulation engines, training may be required to unleash its full potential. Hands-on training and tutorial on the use of the software are offered with specific application in mind. Limited free in-house training is offered to users world-wide at our Canada and Japan offices. Provided to supplement users who already have the standard "Software Maintenance Service" and wish to be treated better than others.
