Crosslight Software Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals in the areas of device modeling and process simulation of semiconductor and/or optoelectronic devices. We currently invite applications for:

• Semiconductor device/process simulation/modeling specialist. The candidate should be familiar with semiconductor devices with quantum wells, quantum dots or quantum wires. Previous experience in using or developing device simulation software is required. Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods and knowledge of English, Mandarin Chinese and/or Japanese language are preferred.

  The candidates for the above position should have a degree of Ph.D. or Master in applied mathematics, computer science, electrical engineering, material sciences or related fields. New graduates and postdocs are welcome to apply.
